At griploQ, we stand behind the quality of our products. As each item is made to order, please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Defects & Product Quality Issues

We offer a 30-day defect warranty from the date you receive your order.

If your griploQ product breaks, has a manufacturing defect, or suffers from a print quality issue within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

To request a replacement, please contact us at griploq@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Items Damaged During Shipping

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will send a replacement item free of charge.

Change of Mind Returns

Because all GriploQ products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that are no longer wanted after delivery

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Returns or replacements may only be approved for products that:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Contain manufacturing defects
  • Have print quality issues
  • Differ significantly from the item ordered

Items must not be intentionally damaged, modified, or misused.

Refunds

In situations where a replacement cannot be provided, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable laws, including the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receipt. However, exemptions may apply to custom or made-to-order products.
